• We do not offer refunds for partially completed treatment plans or missed appointments.
• Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable
• All products (including custom formulations and clinical lines) are non-returnable once opened or used.

Appointments scheduled prior to this date will be honored at current pricing. Appointments on or after March 1, 2026 will reflect updated rates.
